So let me show how to flash your Xiaomi Mi Pad 2 from/or Chinese Stable ROM to/or Developer ROM vice versa, before we proceed let me tell you this will require some patience as I also experienced some difficulty along the way while learning how to flash this thing. Once your get the idea, this process is very easy.

Note:
1. Remember to backup your data, Flashing will delete all your data
2. The Mi Pad 2 should have at least 30% charged battery
3. Use USB Port at the back of the PC, it is direct to the motherboard, don't use the one on front
4. Use USB 2.0, don't use USB 3.0 (Blue)
5. Unzip the fastboot rom package properly using 7-Zip or WinRAR
6. Remember to restart PC after installing all drivers properly to make sure its working
7. Do not use Dual Boot Windows to perform the flashing, best is to use Windows 10 64Bit(I've tried using Windows XP 32Bit but failed - cannot install Intel Android Driver)

First Step - Download Mi Pad 2 Fastboot File Package from the China Forum Server (the one in Global Forum is not updated). Don't use any download manager program.

After download finish, extract the file using either WinRar or 7-Zip and the folder should look like this

Download the Intel Android Driver for Windows

Intel® USB Driver for Android* Devices

Download the flashing pack

Note: Since the updated version, the final outcome of the file name may have changed, it will become "DNX_flash_all_flash_bios.bat",  just run "DNX_flash_all.bat" so that you wont go wrong.

Second Step - Turn off your Mi Pad 2, Press power button to turn on Mipad 2, when MI LOGO appeared, immediately Hold down VOL UP and VOL DOWN until you see the yellow line DNX FASTBOOT MODE appears, release the buttons.

Connect the USB C cable to your Mi Pad 2 with the other end connected to the back of the PC.

Install the Intel Android Driver (Run as Administrator)

Allow Installation of Driver

After Successful installation, immediately check the safely remove icon if the Intel Android can be ejected.

If you see Eject Intel Android AD, it means you have successfully installed the driver.

Extract the Flash Pack to the folder of the Fastboot ROM.
Note: Make sure the Fastboot Rom is in the Root folder of C:\ or D:\

Run "DNX_flash_all.bat" from the flash pack (Run as Administrator)

It will now flash

Flashing

Flash Done

Congratulation And you are done!

Wait for the Mi Bunny Fastboot turn into Mi Boot Logo and it will now boot to MIUI 8.5.1 or 7.6.8
